Dr. Johanna Godoy is an Associate Professor at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM), where she has taught for 15 years. After completing a rigorous residency in foot and ankle surgery under renowned surgeon Dr. Guido LaPorta, she developed expertise in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She is dual-certified in foot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In 2016, she became one of the first women in New York to obtain advanced ankle privileges. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Godoy co-owns the Godoy Foot and Ankle Center in New Jersey, where she provides specialized care alongside her sister, Dr. Heidi Godoy. She remains dedicated to advancing surgical education and providing high-quality care to her patients.
