Dr. Sage practices in Beloit Wisconsin at Beloit Health System and is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeon and the American Society of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Sage has been President of the Medical Staff and Chief of Surgery at Beloit Health System.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Podiatric Medical Association from 2001-2020, serving as President in 2008-2009 and again in 2017-2018.
He served on the Podiatry Affiliated Credentialling board from 2020-2023, serving as Chairperson from 2021-2023.
Dr. Sage served on the Executive Board of the Midwest Podiatry Conference and was President of the 2021 conference.
He currently is on the Board of Trustees at the American Podiatric Medical Association.
He remains active in his community and was awarded the Stateline YMCA Community Champion award for 2025
