Dustin Kruse graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH with a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and Master’s degree in Bioethics. He then went onto the Ohio college of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his 3 year Podiatric Medicine and surgery residency at Highlands/Presbyterian-St. Luke’s residency in Denver, CO.
Upon completion of residency, he joined Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle Center where he is currently a Physician-Owner.
Dr. Kruse is an attending physician at Highlands/Presbyterian-St. Luke’s residency, serving on the Residency Committee and previously serving as the research director. He is on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is the current Secretary-Treasurer. He serves on multiple ABFAS committees.
He has been on the Colorado Foot and Ankle Society Board of Directors since 2011 serving as scientific chair, APMA house of delegates delegate, CAC-PIAC chair, President for 4 years and currently Immediate Past president.
He is on the Board of Directors for the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute and has served as the scientific chairmen, Treasurer, Scientific Coordinator, and current President and CEO.
He is the former chair of podiatry at his hospital.
He consults for multiple medical device companies and lectures at several national scientific meetings.
