Paul G. Lantz, DPM

Dr. Paul Lantz is an Assistant Professor in Surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center, who specializes in pediatric and adult foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and limb salvage. With a passion for advancing patient care, Dr. Lantz specializes in minimally invasive techniques for bunion and flat foot corrections. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons in Foot, Rearfoot, and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery. Currently, Dr. Lantz serves as a member of the Limb Salvage Program at the University of Chicago. He also serves on the Scientific Committee for the Midwest Foot and Ankle Conference. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa Biological Sciences and the Tippie College of Business. He attended Scholl College at Rosalind Franklin University, where he obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa.
