Selene G. Parekh, MD, MBA is an internationally recognized orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon, educator, and innovator dedicated to advancing patient care through technology, education, and global collaboration. He serves as Executive Director of the Parekh Family Foundation and practices at Rothman Orthopaedics, where he focuses on complex reconstruction, total ankle replacement, sports medicine, and limb salvage. Dr. Parekh is a Visiting Research Collaborator at Princeton University, working with multidisciplinary teams on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and personalized surgical planning. He leads international educational initiatives, including the Indo-US Foot and Ankle Meeting and global virtual town halls that connect surgeons across continents. A passionate mentor and entrepreneur, he advises startups, partners with industry on implant design and biologics, and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in orthopaedics.
